Important: We act as intermediaries and consultants. We do not guarantee the approval of visa applications, rental applications, or other third-party decisions.

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

Comply with Laws

Fees and Payment

• All fees are quoted in Japanese Yen unless otherwise specified

Payment Terms

• Payment is typically required before service commencement
• Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cash
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances as outlined in individual service agreements
• For visa services: Full refund if application is unsuccessful due to our error
• For housing services: Partial refund if suitable housing is not found within agreed timeframe
• Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SEIKA Relocation Japan and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally:

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan
• Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with Japanese arbitration rules
• The arbitration will be conducted in English or Japanese as mutually agreed
• Each party will bear their own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Changes to Terms
